No it contains hydrocodone and acetametaphine.

Hey smike,

Vicodin contains hydrocodone which is a semi synthetic opoid derived from either of two substances- codiene and thebaine. So in essence, it is a derivative of codeine. Vicodin also contains acetominophen.
