and swelling are getting worse, especially on left side. By afternoon, my abdomen I know is swelling inside because breathing other than shallow breating becomes more difficult and my left arm/chest are hurting so bad. it is not heart. Dr. stated I should be cured, I am to the point of depair as I cannot work anymore like this. Something is wrong?
Does Valtrex cure Ebstein Barr. I was treated but internal inflammation?

Valtrex doent cure, it suppresses the virus. Viruses like this may always be present in the body but some event activates an active infection. It could be stress, another infection, really no one knows completely why they activate but Valtrex is useful in only supressing the virus and helping to suppress the worst of the symptoms. Are you working with a Dr who specializes in infectious diseases?
