50 mg ultram (Trammadol) tablets. I am looking for something that works the same way as the pain med itself.

Caution, Ultram (tramadol) is a narcotic as it is a synthetic opoid analgesic. Because it is a narcotic-like medication, it can only be purchased with a prescription in the US. There are no over- the- counter medications that are synthetic opoids like the Ultram.

I've yet to see an over-the-counter med which can relieve anything other than a headache or perhaps a little achey-painy feeling. And taking more of it will only make you sick to your stomach AND can even damage your stomach-lining. It's said that Tramadol may be purchased online. I'm somewhat suspicious, however, of the QUALITY of the "Tramadol" you would receive.
