Does Tri- Sprintec contain the same exact ingredients a Orhto Tri Cyclen Lo?

Details:

I have taken Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and the only side effect I experienced was breast tenderness. I have to switch to Tri-Sprintec for insurance purposes and I am concerned about whether it will have a different affect on me than Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo.

Tri-Sprintec contains

ETHINYL ESTRADIOL 0.035MG,0.035MG,0.035MG;
NORGESTIMATE 0.18MG,0.215MG,0.25MG

Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo contains

ETHINYL ESTRADIOL 0.025MG,0.025MG,0.025MG;
NORGESTIMATE 0.18MG,0.215MG,0.25MG

They contain the same amount of progestin but Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo has a lower estrogen content.
