Ronda1975, Yes, it is possible to be screened for this drug, but highly unlikely because most drug test are looking for opiates not this. What I'm saying is that if they do a blood draw specifically for this drug they will find it up to 30 days after last dose, however, I've never know of anybody testing for it unless you specifically asked your doctor to on a lab test for a trazadone level, which means they are looking to see if you are taking it as prescribed and not more than prescribed. It's a good drug and fairly safe as drugs go. It can be used for many different reasons like for sleep, nervous conditions, migraine pain etc... hope that helps you. NIK
