4-7 days although it can be detected up to a month.It depends on how much and for how long you've been taking trazadone... Dave
P.S. If this is for a job then you shouldn't have any thing to worry about as trazadone is not a drug of abuse and it's actually given to addicts to help them sleep... Dave
