I have been a user of dramamine now since a young age... It is the best by far over the counter med for what it's intended use is... I would only take one... yes it does cause slight drowsiness that get's more intense I would say over a 2 hour period. I would not take two, it seems to cause excitability, unsteadiness, and extreme restless feeling, one should be all you need..I am 43 yoa/ around 120 pounds... female. I have operated a vehicle after taking one, but wasn't going that far... as the bottle says, do not operate any machinery, etc. drive and so on until you know and are aware of the effects... of this medication... hope this was helpful... blaze22

the one dose I took (and I wasn't on medication for Chronic pain) I couldn't have driven all I could do was lay back and sleep, knowing what I know now I would have been afraid of driving it is just to much of a chance to take, I'd rather get my reflexes back and then know I didn't have the worries of others around me, thats why I do not drive now, I have to be on medication for Chronic pain, I feel like that its far better for me to arrange for a ride as opposed to taking not just my life but the life of other human beings in my own hands, sorry I wasn't trying to place this on another person just very concerned about the safety of you and those around you. I really do care
Hey, you are correct, it is better to just let the medication do its thing, originally made and for the intention of air sickness, sea sickness, motion sickness/passenger.....in car not driver....blaze22
