The watson 749 pill does not contain ibuprofen.
Pill imprint WATSON 749 has been identified as Acetaminophen and oxycodone hydrochloride 325 mg / 5 mg.

FYI - Advil IS ibuprofen. Advil and Motrin are simply brand names for the drug, ibuprofen. The pain killer you are taking is a combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen. Acetaminophen is simply the chemical in what we know as Tylenol. Most of the narcotic pain meds that are 10mg or less of oxycodone are combined with acetaminophen because it boosts the effects of the narcotic. Since acetaminophen can be rough on your liver over time, there are also meds that contain only oxycodone which are available in all of the same dosages as the one you are currently taking.
