Does the cream hydroquinone tropical cream 4% work and how long?

It works to lighten discolorations on the skin. However, some Drs. don't like you to use it for a prolonged period of time. So there are other products with out the hydroquinone ingriedent. It would depend on your age, skin problems and an exam. Good Luck!
