my husband started taking tarceva on Sunday and today is Tuesday and he is all of a sudden really weak. Is that common with tarceva or is it something else?

My husband is on tarceva. His joints are very sore. It gets worse every day?
Will it eventually get better? He is on 150 mgs. Will he be able to go down to a lower dose if his scans come back negative?
