Does suboxone work for meth users?

Suboxone will NOT work for methamphetamine, but would work for methadone withdrawal. There is a specially way they switch people over to suboxone from methadone, the person has to be brought down to 30 milligrams or less of methadone before the switch is made. I am not sure how long they make someone wait after their last dose of methadone before they can take suboxone, with other opiates ( excluding methadone) it is 24 hours without opiates, before the person can take the first dose of suboxone. Suboxone is opiate replacement therapy, works on the receptor sites for opiates in the brain.
