Hello,
since i can't drink alcohol because of tasigna (nilotinib) i wondered, if there are negativbe drug interactions with it and cannabis. besides, it is said to ease the itching of the skin.
Does someone has informations? I already asked my doctor, but he didn't know?! Any idea, where i can find out more about it?

i spoke with my doctor and he told me, that there are no tests about these interactions and probably won't be, because science isn't interested (no necessarity because of leaking importance).
too bad

Well, i spoke with my Onc. and he said, that there are no scientific researches that would provide a helpful answer. I am not so much concerned about the side effects. I am more concerned about the causal influence on the therapy: it could have the effect that more or less of nilotinib runs through my body, because the filtering effects of some organs can be manipulated.
I guess i handle it like i do with alcohol, once in a while a bit can't harm so much.
