Does Pyridium have any impact on or interfere with the results of urine cultures?

Yes - Pyridium may possibly interfere with colorimetric lab test procedures and urinalysis based on spectrometry or color reactions.

while taking pyridium it never stopped a urine test from showing protein, and there were times when the protein and other sediment was clear from my urine, the pyridium, i dont think interferes much,vtech10
