Hi, i've just found this paragraph on an official 'Premarin' website, stating information you need to know about this product...
"Estrogen may increase triglyceride levels in those who already have high levels. Your doctor will monitor your cholesterol and triglyceride levels by doing regular blood tests while you are using this medication".
So ensure that your doctor does keep an eye on you, and hopefully you will be fine.
