Yes, Plavix can cause nausea and indigestion and stomach pain.
Antacids to relieve symptoms of indigestion are fine to take with Plavix. It would be a good ides not to take them at the same time. Take them at least 2 hours apart.
You should also avoid over the counter pain relievers especially aspirin and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs due to increased risk of bleeding.
