confused:Does phenergan contain codiene or hydrocodone? It was prescribed for my daughter, and I am not sure whether I should give it to her if it contains hydrocodone. Seems like I read something that said it did. Hope someone knows.

Phenergan does not contain either codiene or hydrocodone. Phenergan is the same thing as promethazine and is prescibed for nausea. There are some preparations of Phenergan and Codiene ( should say that on the bottle), I do not know of preparations of phenergan and Hydrocodone,
