Less common side effects related to taking Paxil have been reported which could cause abdominal pains and which could lead to bloating, maybe talking to the doc who prescribed the med would be able to help, he/she may change the med which would be more comfortable for your system.
Smoking is not recommended when taking meds, try & avoid please.
