if oxycodone come in 40mgs. how many a day is allowed by law. I am on 30mgs of oxycodone 6 times a day. it works fine, but i was just wondering if it came in the 40mgs.

There is a 40mg extended release oxycodone as well as a 80mg extended release oxycodone. Since these are extended release, I believe the maximum would be 2 in 24 hour period. I am not a pharmacist nor doctor so best to check the dosage of these two formulas with your doctor or pharmicist.
