No, Naproxen doesn't contain aspirin. Naproxen is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory and it can have similar effects of aspirin. Naproxen won't really help make your bronchial pneumonia better ... for that you need antibiotics. Naproxen may help with pain associated with the pneumonia.
