Increase in urinary frequency is not a know side effect of Lovaza.
Do you have any other medical conditions? If you haven't then perhaps have a check-up to eliminate diabetes, as a possible cause of increased urinary frequency.

How does this drug compare to Lovaza?
My husband takes 4 Lovaza a day and the bottle cost $83.43 because he is in the "donut hole". He has diabetes and high cholesterol.
