i recently got arrested for a duii for klonopin not alcohal, the cops said i was impaired and i could not pass the heel to toe sobriety test not sure if from the klonopin or because my hips are out of alignment -(one of my legs is a little longer than the other) also they said my puplis were dilated again not sure if from the klonopin or because i wear contacts -(i left them in for 4 days not supposed to and my eyes were irritated from that). my case goes to court in a few weeks and i don't know if this charge is valid. i'm afraid to drive again because i'm still on my klonopin and if i do get charged can the same thing happen again? does anyone know any information that can help me in my case?
