I'm a atopic eczema patient but now i'm at a point where i don't really have typical eczema wounds. I use a moisturizer everyday. Though sometimes my cheeks flare up and get really dry. I'm allergic to different things, dust mites to several food things.
Would this help? Does somebody have experience with eczema and xyzal?
Xyzal -Does it help with red dry skin & eczema, has anyone tried this?

Xyzal (levocetirizine) is an antihistamine. It is used to treat the symptoms of allergies and to treat the symptoms of chronic urticaria - itching and swelling. If your skin problem is caused by an allergy it is worth trying. All the best.
