Does imitrex have aspirin in it?

No.There is no aspirin in Imitrex.
Imitrex contains a drug called sumatriptan. Sumatriptan belongs to a class of drugs called triptans. Triptans work to relieve headaches by narrowing blood vessels around the brain.
