I am taking 120 mg of isosorbide twice a day. My vision is blurry and I have chest heaviness and aches. Does anyone else have these symptoms?
Does imdur cause extreme tiredness? I can not keep my eyes open. I am on several heart meds?

I am going to talk to my cardiologist about lowering the dosage. I think it has to be done slowly so will need his input. Thanks, have you ever taken imdur and felt tired?

That is what I was thinking. I heard the usual dosage is 30-60mg and I am on 120mg 2xday. Do you take imdur?
The Doctor who recommended you that high dose and twice a day ?? Find another doctor and very quick. However if you do have angina imdur is good to reduce it, 30mg ER daily will probably be enough.
