i am working in the Hospital as a clinician and i have face a lot of difficulties in hospital, we give Ambisome and miltefosine to the patient with HIV/AIDS and Lieshmaniasis.
what does this meltefosin do in the boby and how does it support?
Does HIV /aids has vaccine ? what is the effectiveness of miltefosine in HIV treatment?
