hi anonymouseone, im sorry to hear about your sister-in-law. according to the literature i have read there is no permanent cure for guillian-barre's at this time. however, there are medications and treatment that can relieve or reduce the symptoms. yes, the symptoms could be coming back and she should see her doctor right away to either confirm or rule out guillians-barre. this attacks the immune system so its imperative to seek medical advise. sincerely, paddyanne47
