Does gentamicin contain penicillin?

If there any stability problem if Cefazoline, metronidazole and gentamicin are mixed before IV?

I waste most of it everytime i give to him, because he hates the taste.

i am taking penicillin vk for infacted gums to get a tooth pulled.But the med is making me sick.Could it be cause i am useing mouth wash
