To my understanding gabapentin works primarily on neurologic pain. Depending on the root cause of the headaches it may work very well. I, however, am on gabapentin and am suffering from very severe headaches. The doctors are still trying to figure out the root cause(s) of my headaches.

The b-a-c dosage is 50-325-40 every 12 hours. The endocet is 1 every 4 hours as needed for pain. The gabapentin is 4x per day @600mg each tablet ...
