Weight gain is not listed as a possible side effect of fexofenadine.-

Hi, maso is right, weight gain is very rarely reported, hardly ever. However i did come across a couple of people who believe they experienced weight gain from the allegra. Whether this was the fault of the drug or not i can't be 100%. Just thought i'd let you know
