Does fat blocker interfere w blood pressure pain meds or muscle relaxers?

Im on flexoril. Lisonopril nd loritab ten. I wondered if fat blocker wud interfere

I was on Felodpine and felt better than when on lisinopril? I believe lisinopril is an old outdated medicine for blood pressure.
