I got Evening Primrose Oil when i began really angry all the time, but i want to know does it actually help or can i stop taking it??

Hello hev96. If you feel that its helping you, then you might continue taking it. If you still feel angry, then, I'd say no, why continue if its not helping you. You might ask your doctor or pharmacist to confirm or get thier opinion. Either way, I hope you're feeling better. pledge
