no, drug tests r used by testin the chemicals. meth and ephedrine r made up of different chemicals. ephedrine is similar but it doesn't have as many or as strong effects as meth due to different chemicals and amounts. don't get me wrong, ephedrine can be used in meth, but meth has different chemicals that make it. ephedrine chemicals will show up on a drug test for up to 6 or 8 hours after consumption depending on how much u took. and if u took it with caffeine it will show on a test for up to a full day.
