My elderly mother has been taking Megace ES since 2007. Her completely white hair is turning black?

again and her skin has darkened a bit. What could cause this reaction? She takes no other prescription meds.

Does it take effect the first day you take Megace?

Someone told me Megace takes 2-4 weeks before it works. Is this true? I've been taking it for three weeks and my appetite has not improved.
