I am on xenical for 2 1/2 weeks, for first weeks i experience oily excretions, and now im having hard time getting sleep at night, i'm coughing and sneezing and feel feverish. The oily discharge has stop even though im eating foods high on fat... or maybe the "grease" is not that visible.
Does colds, coughs and sleep problems are included to xenical's side effects? why?

You can view a list of xenical side-effects here.
http://www.drugs.com/sfx/xenical-side-effects.html
Respiratory side-effects and sleep disorders have been reported in less than 2% of patients - you should see your doctor if these side-effects are persisting.
Oily excretions are typical of Xenical. I would not worry that they have stopped even if you are eating foods high is fat. The xenical will still be working. Good luck.
