Co Q10 has been shown to be useful in the treatment of heart disease. However, some studies suggest that this enzyme interferes with the effectiveness of Clopidogrel. Should the introduction of Co Q10 be deferred until the withdrawal of Clopidogrel?
Can Co Q10 reduce the effectiveness of Clopidogrel as some studies have suggested?

Drugs.com interaction checker does not indicate an interaction between Co Q10 and Plavix.
