Does clobex shampoo help the hair grow faster? or does it just treat the scalp?

it was a knott and pulled out this is due to no other reason for the hair loss
If it's due to one incident that left a bald stop ... then don't worry the hair will grow back in it's own time. I don't think Clobex will make the hair grow any faster.
