Nope. No alcohol, It does contain Codeine which is a narcotic. If they added alcohol with Codeine you could have major problems like slowed breathing, Slow Heart rate, Sleepiness, and possibly a coma if you took to much. It's a safe and effective drug. I hope this helps. Good Luck
