No. Calamine is a mixture of zinc oxide and ferric oxide - it is the ferric oxide which gives it the characteristic pink color.

You may be thinking of Caladryl Clear? Caladryl Clear is also an anti-itch lotion containing pramoxine as the active ingredient.
