Does avinza always cause a spike in migraine headaches?

Hello deborah84045. Avinza can cause headaches. Your question was asked over two years ago and no one answered you. I'm hopeing that someone else might come across it and give you aqn answer. I don't understand what you mean by a spike in migraine headaches, do you mean an increase? If you do then my answer would be yes. Best wishes to you,
