After reading about it on the internet I see that it is sometimes prescribed for Bi-polar disorder as well as migraines. Is there anyone on here that uses it for both? I am currently taking Geodon for my bi-polar. I have been on Imitrex for the past month and it works okay, but my headaches are so frequent.

yes actually i was on topamax for both migraines and bi-polar... It works so so well for your migraines and yes at the beginning it helped with my bi-polar but after being on it for so long it seemed 2 stop helping me although still helping with migraines. So now i am on lamictal (generic name) for my bi-polar & topamax for migraines! It works different for everyone this is just my story of how it helped & didnt help me. Good luck to finding wat works for you!
