Does anyone know about taking lunesta and subutex? my doc just switched to 2.5 8 milligram subute?

lunesta, does have a relaxing component in it (without getting to much into medical terminology) but not like an SSRI or SNRI. It should relax you but may make you drowzy during the day. It is a non-benzo and that is why they like to prescribe it with subs.

I only know of Lunesta being used as a sleep aide but it could very well be for other purposes. Very interesting info to look into. I wish you luck and if you can share anything on the Lunesta being used twice a day for anxiety please let me know. thanks

it makes sense that they can use it for anxiety (acts on the same neurotransmiters as benzos) but its a heavy seditive so twice daily can build up a tolerance and dependance just like a benzo
