Does anyone else have days where they tremble? I have not been able to find out the reason for them?

Hi Gail,
My father has hypERthyroidism, which makes him tremble terribly. Have you had your hormomes checked recently to see if your dose of thyroid med has not pushed you into hyERthyroidism as opposed to hypothyroidism?

Are you anxious? That can cause one to tremble, as can familial tremors, it is an old diagnoses, but I believe it still is considered a diagnoses. Did your mum or dad tremble at your age? I know that may sound odd, but it seems to run in families.

If it is off the charts, please seek medical attention immediately, as it could be something serious.

You might want to have your blood sugar checked. Having low and high blood sugars can sometimes cause tremors. Sounds like it is time for a good check up physical from the Dr!!

Both Sweet and Dz have very good answers. I have slight trembles and it runs in my family. Sometimes it worse than others. I have it all the time and don't notice it most days where someone else will notice it. Von
