I have found out that 3 Indian companies started producing generic erlotinib - Erlocip, Erlonat and Tyrokinin. Price is 3-4 times cheaper than LaRoche one. Do you know if their efficiency is comparable to Tarceva?
Does anybody know how efficient is generic Erlotinib vs Tarceva?

it seems all 3 medications contain the same active ingredient erlotinib as brand Tarceva. In most cases generic medicines works the same as brand, however sometimes other ingredients of the medication (excipients) may differ and this can change the absorption and pharmakokinetic characteristics. If you decide to generic Tarceva you should buy the medication made by only trusted manufacturers like Torrent, Cipla, Cadila, Ranbaxy

I would be careful about getting drugs from out of the country. If you can not afford the drug, check this out:

Thank you itsmetoo2. But Roches' program in the link does not include Tarceva, which is also quite clear. Also I am not living in US (if you meen this by the "country")
