An individual on probation was violated after failing a breathalyzer by his/her probation officer. The individual admits consuming over the counter Anbesol for a tooth ache. Would there be a potential defense in this situation?

Hello canejo. I'm taking a guess here, but that would have to be an awfull lot of anbesol. I'm not a chemist. I truly hope that someone might read your question for its one that would certainly bring debate, disscussion. I'd have to say no, that would be my answer. best to you.
