Trust me you don't want to take the wafers its too easy to take more than prescribed

Robert - wrong answer - the Klonopin wafer is different than the tablet - generic has nothing to do with it. Klonopin is the brand name - to answer the question - the wafer is faster acting and doesnt have to have the first pass metabolism of the liver - so can be more effective.
Unfortunately the wafers can be more addictive than the tablet as they do have a sweetness to them and if taken for extended periods can cause a craving

Akas - your answer is so wrong and misleading. The wafers are actually better as they bi-pass the 1st metabolisium of the liver. No one craves the flavor - please don't show your ignorance by giving people misleading information. The wafers actually provide for a soother taper vs the tablets
