I was taking two 1200mg per day, Is that amount really safe ? what about side effects? thanks
Doctor told me to take six 1200 mg of fish oil daily seems like too much, why the big increase ?

Hello kicmom, After seeing such a high dose I contacted one of my specialists and was told that it does sound like a high dose, I would double check with your doctor again to find out the exact reasonning for such a high dose. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing too. Good luck to you and please be careful when in doubt ask for another opinion it is your right.
