You should have done this when your doctor gave you the information, that is why he gave you so much Pradaxa.
You can apply online at www(dot)RxHope(dot)com. Then click on the logo on the left side of the page that says "Patients & Caregivers". Then click on the second arrow on the left side of the page "Start Your FREE Online Patient Assistance Request". You can also call the Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation Patient Assistance Program at 1-800-556-8317 and they will help you fill out the application. There are 2 programs, one for people on Medicare and one for those who are not on Medicare. If you qualify you will get the medication for free. If not, they have another program that can help you at a reduced cost. Good luck.
