My doctor prescribed endometrin twice a day. How far apart should I take each dose? Can both doses?

If your doc ordered twice a day that is what he meant, not 2 @ the same time. The makers of medication recommend dosing according to what has been found to work the best. Twice a day is ideally 12 hours apart. On arising and at bedtime is acceptable.
