My daughter had a stroke and upon her release from the hospital the doctor prescribed both Pravastatin and Tricor. Could these two medicines used together hurt her?
Doctor has prescribed both Pravastatin and Tricor. Is this common?

Recently, my doctors were considering putting me on both and then decided not to, not because it was harmful, but they wanted to see if I could bring down my cholesterol with diet control.
