I have checked several sites and do not find the symptoms that you have.

But I can understand that you might have puffy eyes, as the ears, noes and the drainage of the eyes are connected.

Yes, the ears, nose, and eye drainage are all connected, however Debrox should not cause any inflammation even in its intended administration route (the ears).
Also, if you look closer on the page you linked, it does list this as a symptom: under "Possible side effects of Debrox Solution." It lists swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue. Eyes count as part of the face, as I assume the person who asked this question was referring to the areas around the eyes that get puffy (if your eyes swell, there are a lot more serious symptoms that you'd notice, and probably would not describe as "puffy eyes" but instead describe it as "blindness")
